An anthropologist, actor, writer, and visual storyteller.

My work blends academic insight with immersive storytelling to explore how people experience the world, translating those experiences into accessible, engaging portraits that invite deeper connection and understanding. Through film, photography, writing, and performance, I seek to capture the raw beauty of people, places, and moments.

My research interests center on embodiment, optimal functioning, flow states, wellbeing, creativity, connection and human-environment relationships. My latest project explores nature-based therapies, investigating how the embodied relationship between surf therapy and the marine environment shapes human flourishing.
